The menu here is big on kiremit (clay-dish baked) and sote (sauté) dishes as well as testi kebapı (meat and vegetable stew slow-cooked in a sealed terracotta pot). Top marks for offering vegetarian options on all. For lighter bites there's a good variety of gözleme (stuffed flatbreads). The large selection of local wines is a winner.
