Ayasoluk Restaurant

Top choice in Selçuk

One of the best dining experiences in town, this hotel's rooftop restaurant has a panoramic view of the fortress and distant mountains, particularly evocative at sunset. Strong on both meat (try the lamb shank) and fish (the grilled sea bass is perfect), dinner is a set menu costing ₺120. There's fine Turkish wine, and Selçuk's best (only?) selection of craft beers.
