Hotel Hal-Tur

If you can bag one of the six front rooms, the Hal-Tur has the best view of the travertines in town – looking straight across the road at the calcite hill. This is one of Pamukkale's longest-established hotels, but facilities are well-maintained and spacious rooms all come with balcony. The pools (with separate kids' section) and garden make it good for families.
