Konak Pier Shopping Centre

On the jetty designed by Gustave Eiffel, this modern mall is spacious and stylish but isn't very popular – it's full of empty shops. There’s a cinema complex, waterside cafes, Western fast-food outlets, a branch of the high-end fashion department store Beymen and a Remzi Kitabevi bookshop that stocks a good selection of English-language titles.
