Though its glory days were long ago, this hotel in an 1857 building on Anafartalar Caddesi continues to offer cigarette-scented rooms of various types and standard. Its main drawcard is the central courtyard garden and restaurant. Request a renovated room in the front section and avoid the mezzanine 'suites' around the courtyard. Note that the location isn't for the faint-hearted.
