Desperately in need of a facelift, this hotel is only notable for its sea-fronting upstairs terrace and huge car park (₺15 per night); the latter is a luxury in Ayvalık. The 33 poky rooms have basic bathrooms; some have sea views. There's a pub on the ground floor.
