Hôtel Novelty

This place might seems unpromising from the outside but has simply furnished, neat and clean rooms and a friendly welcome. Singles are slightly compact, but still good value. Note that while the cafe and restaurant (where breakfast is served) face Ave Habib Bourguiba, the hotel entrance is on the side street.
