Hotel Les Aguilles is an old French hotel running a fairly basic regime. There's a cafe out front where breakfast is served. Rooms are on the tired side for the price but perfectly serviceable. Take accommodation on the third floor so you can enjoy the terrace, which has some of the best views over Tabarka harbour and out to sea.
