Each of the individual bonbons are works of art, hand-decorated and incorporating local flavors such as Maracas sea salt, sorrel, cilantro-like chadon beni and guava. Bars and nut- or fruit-infused 'barks' are also available, as are chocolate-coated coffee beans, caramelized almonds, cocoa powder and cocoa nibs, plus freshly made local-style cocoa tea.
