Aptly named, this splendid villa overlooks the Mt Irvine breaks, though it's hard to imagine the average surf bum hanging out in such luxury. Beautifully appointed and spanking new, the main villa has four bedrooms (including one Tree House unit), great indoor/outdoor liming areas and a lush pool. Downstairs, the one-bed apartment is equally appealing for those not in a group.
