Brilliant little restaurant offering some of the most imaginative cooking in Tobago, featuring lots of local ingredients. Lunch offerings include soups (oxtail, fish or veggie), plus filling salads, from kale and grilled plantain caprese to roasted ratatouille and potato, plus lamb or shredded-steak sandwiches and pasta dishes. Dinner highlights include seafood pepperpot stew, chicken three ways and pan-roasted fish on a dasheen (taro root) rosti.
It also does fabulous sushi rolls with a Tobago twist every Sunday and Monday (2pm to 5pm only); get there early as rolls sell out fast.
