Whichever side of the lens you prefer to be, if you love pre-digital, black-and-white photography, this specialist shop-gallery will probably be your highlight in Utrecht.
Owner Peter Rothengatter displays his own artistic prints (a 2017 shot of Mick Jagger on stage in Amsterdam is a fast seller) as well as those of world famous photographers (Bresson, Man Ray et al). Then there are countless Nikon camera bodies, rolls of B&W negative film and an astonishing library of photo-books. The shop sign is itself a collage of broken old cameras and to get in you'll need to tug on the archaic old brass bell-pull.
