Everything's organic at this bright and airy bistro, which positively exudes aromas of healthy living, yet feels invitingly spacious, with low-wattage ball lamps, botanical prints and plants in flowerpots on the walls. Most but not everything is vegetarian, vegan and/or gluten-free.
The short but well-tried dinner menu includes parsnip-based vegan stamppot (Dutch stew-mash) and a very filling 'puffed sweet potato' with a black-bean stuffing and chilli-laced salad garnish. Lunches are typically salads and sandwiches. Its own Gys Pils is an excellent 6% organic blond beer (€4).
