You can watch Brick's chefs preparing spectacular burgers, steaks and multicourse pan-European menus (wine pairings available) from the street-level dining room as well as the 1st-floor space, which has a glass floor directly above the open kitchen. There are pavement tables out front, but in summer the best seats are on the roof terrace.
