Madame Poulet

Den Haag

This lady sure knows how to roast a chicken. Free-range and raised without antibiotics, the juicy chickens are basted with aromatic herbs and roasted in a French Rotisol oven. Fresh side salads (Waldorf, bean, coleslaw or lentil) and gratin dauphinois (sliced potatoes baked with milk) are ordered separately. There are a few seats outside, but most regulars order to go.
