This long-operating restaurant has an atmospheric timber-panelled interior, as well as seating by the iron-framed drawbridge out front and on a floating terrace on the canal. Dining is by set 'surprise' menu only – these range from two to five courses. Dessert (€8.50) or cheese (€10) aren't included. A seven-course surprise menu with aperitif, wine and coffee costs €85.
