Inside a pretty Delfshaven canal house, with an intimate split-level, dark-timber interior, Frits serves an astounding-value eight-course surprise menu using ingredients from its own kitchen garden. Although there's no choice on the night (and no à la carte), chef Robbert van Gammeren skilfully adapts to dietary requirements (gluten-free, vegetarian, allergies) with advance notice.
