François Geurds' food lab sits under timber and silvery pressed-tin ceilings within Station Hofplein. This is where the FG staff experiment with dishes before the perfected versions hit the menu at the flagship restaurant – food can be a bit hit and miss as a result, although the prices don't reflect this fact. In summer, the terrace seating is popular.
