Fish-scale tiles in marine blues and greens clad the bar at switched-on seafood bar Fisk. Small lunchtime sharing plates (oysters with limoncello dressing; Zeeland mussels steamed in vanilla and white wine) precede more substantial dinner mains such as barbecued whole sea bass with fennel pesto.
Superb cocktails include the New Amsterdam, made from oude jenever (old jenever, ie Dutch gin), Amaro Montenegro, cherry liqueur and chocolate bitters.
Part of each cocktail's price is donated to the Plastic Soup Foundation's mission to keep the world's oceans and waterways clean.
