Rainforest B&B

Top choice in Georgetown

Somewhere between an art gallery and a botanical garden, this grand home with five rooms is an oasis from Georgetown's chaos, and yet it's also conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from it all. Charming hosts Saeyeda and Jerry are dedicated to animal welfare, locals arts and crafts, and making sure their guests are fed a delicious breakfast.

There's no sign outside, and guests should be aware that there are five rescued dogs who live here, so it's not suitable for travelers with a canine phobia. Having bought the lot behind the house, the owners are planning to build two self-contained cottages and a pool behind the main house.
