Old Court House Inn

Jersey

Some parts of this inn go back 400 years – not that you'd guess from the thoroughly contemporary rooms that come in different shapes and sizes. The downstairs pub is seriously atmospheric – all heavy wooden beams and rough-hewn stone walls, and you may recognise the exterior if you were a fan of Bergerac in the 80s.
