The island's only hotel is a genteel step back in time, with its country house ambience and an absence of phones and TVs in its pastel-coloured rooms (half with sea views). There's a refined restaurant on-site for overnight guests, doing wonderful things with seasonal produce. Room prices drop as low as £42 in April.
