This serious, grown-up's restaurant brings the luxury that Pink Sands' pampered guests expect. The menu shows plenty of Mediterranean touches (pancetta bucatini) alongside 'island cuisine' (lobster bisque or roasted mahimahi). The terraced gardens and inviting furnishings create an atmosphere commensurate with the food.
For breakfast and lunch, the resort's Blue Bar & Restaurant beachfront terrace is more affordable and well worth a visit.
