Thoroughly marinated in Ole Nassau Bahamian rum, these buttery little bundt cakes sell for BS$7, and up to BS$19 for large ones in decorative tins. Pineapple, pecan and piña colada vie with the original, but they're all dependably moist, delicious and a tiny bit boozy.
