Hua Hin Vegan Cafe

Except for the lack of animal products, this modern place has nothing in common with the typical Thai jae vegan restaurant: there's wine, garlic, air-con, jazz, organic ingredients and creative cooking. There's lots of Thai – traditional and otherwise (quinoa lâhp, for example) – but the menu knows no borders: pulled jackfruit BBQ burgers, pumpkin carbonara and West African peanut soup.
