Grey Cabin

Udon Thani

There are many restaurants serving fa·ràng food in the Central Plaza/Soi Farang area, but we far prefer this small mother-and-daughter operation 2km south of Nong Prajak lake. The varied options, all fresh and delicious, include maple mustard-glazed salmon, chicken pesto pasta, apple and brie salad, an artery-clogging three-cheese grilled cheese, seafood ramen and Thai mushroom salad.

The global menu was inspired in large part by the cook's time living in Canada.
