Phen's Restaurant

Phuket

Turquoise-on-white tablecloths and attentive staff make Phen's a popular beachside choice. It's one of just a few Phuket spots where you can still dine with sand between your toes. Expect masses of barbecued fresh seafood (lemon-fried crab, red-curry snapper, chilli-smoked shrimp), as well as Phuket favourites such as coconut pàk miang (spinach-like veg) and gaang sôm pla (southern-style fish curry).

The team also owns the popular guesthouse Pensiri House just inland.
