One of Hat Rin’s largest venues, Tommy lures the masses with loungers, low tables, black lights, a swimming pool and blaring Full Moon music. Drinks are dispensed from a large ark-like bar and, during the lunar shenanigans (for an extra fee), you can get a great perspective from the VIP balcony.
