Tucked away by the forest at the lovely southern end of Thong Nai Pan (and a long way from Full Moon Ko Pha-Ngan madness), Longtail offers backpackers charming thatch-and-bamboo abodes with plenty of choice for larger groups and families. The sand is wonderful, as too the lush, green setting.
