Library Cafe

Stepping into this dark-themed cafe, for a moment you're transported to some hip European spot…then someone hands you eight laminated menus and it's Thailand again. There's a big food menu and an impressive roster of international beers, but the sweets – massive mango bingsu (Korean-style shaved ice dessert) and chocolate fondue – are where it shines; many make their dessert their meal.
