Apple's Retreat

Akin to a chic homestay, Apple and Noi, owners of Blue Rice restaurant, offer 16 simple rooms in a quiet part of town. The rooms are small and quite bare (ie not great value) and not everyone will like having the mattresses on a big platform instead of beds, but the friendly welcome, the location and bags of local knowledge give this place many repeat visitors.
