Twin chefs Mathias and Thomas Sühring from Germany present a mix of family recipes in explosive renditions that could be framed and hung in a modern art museum. Service is warm and impeccable and, despite the creative gourmet execution and fancy presentation, you'll feel like you're dining at a friend's home. Totally worth the splurge, but book well in advance.
