Eiah Sae

Chinatown

Established in 1927, this quaint shophouse is one of Bangkok's last remaining Chinese teahouses. There's nothing special about its condensed-milk-infused tea and bready bites, but do visit to experience a slice of everyday Chinese life from a bygone era, featuring rickety period furniture, history-stained photographs on mothy walls, and old patrons flipping newspapers while watching the world go by.
