The best value of several fresh, modern guesthouses in an otherwise unremarkable block, Apo has big and bright, gleaming, minimalist-smart rooms decorated with a single colourful swirl and wall-mounted TVs, spread across two buildings. Some have river views from little balconies. The only drawback is that there's no lift.
