Excellent set meals – one of them featuring utterly delicious chilli chicken with mountain pepper – come with miso soup, fruit salad and as much rice as you want. And that rice is superb, as you'd hope from a venue which doubles as a rice shop and features a huge wooden rice-processing contraption as a museum-like centrepiece.
