Taroko National Park

A remote but very handy overnight break for cyclists crossing Taiwan via Rte 8, this hostel sits at an altitude of 2374m, offering mattress-on-floor dorms or decent ensuite rooms, but (at least officially) guests should be under 40 years old. It's 400m off the main road (Rte 8), some 60km west of Tianxiang.
