Blue Ocean House

Eastern Taiwan & Taroko National Park

Blue Ocean House has an attractive little multi-unit resort beside its dive shop. The cabins out front look especially appealing and the upper-floor quad rooms have open porches that are ideal for chilling, but double rooms, while spacious, are rather dark with porches that look onto the eight-bed blocks.

It's around 800m south of Hongtou (Imaorod) village. Check in at the restaurant across the road which has beach views from the balcony.

Their 12-bed dorms are in a completely different location around 2km north.
