Mud Bar

Descending the steps to this lounge bar in the basement of the Amba hotel, the first word that comes to mind is 'smoochy'. The statue of a boar with a hat on next to the DJ decks says it all. There's an extensive whisky list and well-regarded, but pricey, cocktails. Its signature drink is the Dragon Well, a tea-infused vodka recipe.
