This well-regarded, chilled cocktail bar focuses on rum blends and is famed for its Earl Grey recipes. There's no menu: simply tell the bartender what flavours you like and they will whip you up a personalised poison. There's a larger seating area downstairs or you can stick to the open-sided, glowing bar nook at ground level.
