Nan-Ao Recreation Farm

Northern Taiwan

This 64-sq-km campsite is clean, green and free-= of charge. There are shaded sites and hot showers (from 5pm to 10pm). It's a 3km march from Nanao station along Nanao South Road, turning right after you cross the river.

From the campground, follow the river to the sea and you'll eventually reach a long black sand beach called Nanao Mystery Beach, which has dramatic views along the rocky coastline.
