This modern showroom sells souvenir packs of various dried fish products, most notably katsuo (柴魚; dried bonito) flakes, which are an important condiment in regional cuisine. The shop's museum section is a preserved fish-drying building giving a passingly interesting, all-in-Chinese overview of the bonito industry in former times.
For NT$150 you can have a go at bonito flake-making yourself (9am-noon and 1.30-4.30pm only).
