Coconut Beach

The Tuamotus

Jean-Louis, your friendly host, rents out two compact yet colourful and neat rooms in his modest house. For more privacy, opt for the snug bungalow (with private facilities) next door. The real appeal is the location – the property fronts a superb stretch of pinkish sand at the westen end of the village. Campers can pitch their tent right on the beach.

Note that bathrooms have cold-water showers. The daily rate includes half-board, the use of kayaks and bikes as well as wi-fi access, except for campers, who'll have to pay extra. Cash only.
