Situated in a former museum exhibition hall, this spacious, high-ceilinged restaurant puts its own twist on traditional Swiss fish and meat dishes such as veal liver with sage and chorizo served with a white bean puree. Spitz, which only uses top quality, locally sourced ingredients, always has vegetarian options available as well.
