Today this 19th-century post office delivers discreet service and rustic flavour. The eight country-cottage-style rooms and suites are filled with wooden furnishings, while suites up the romance (and price) with everything from beams to waterbeds and star-gazing bathtubs. The restaurant (mains from Sfr29) is feted for Bündner classics like Gerstensuppe (Swiss barley soup) and Capuns (egg pasta and sausage wrapped in chard).
