Matssons Kök

Set on a bucolic country road, Matssons is one of the less touristy restaurants on the island. This is probably due to its location, a gentle 3.5km stroll west from the harbour in tiny Edesnäs. The menu holds no surprises but the homemade fries and burgers (which include a halloumi version) are excellent. Gluten-free dishes are available, plus craft beers.
