At Rutabaga, celebrity chef Mathias Dahlgren pushes vegetarian cuisine into the realm of art: the menu features vividly colourful salads and other unusual combinations (an egg-truffle-white-bean dish, a mango and mozzarella salad) which, as always, Dahlgren presents impeccably on the plate. Most dishes are meant for sharing (if you can bear to give any up). Closes in July.
