An excellent, kid-friendly hostel with two- and four-bed rooms in a creaky but comfy wooden building with a big, antique-furnished sitting room. 'Dorms' are in two big military tents. Canoe hire, sauna and breakfast (95kr) are available; book ahead. The on-site restaurant is summer-only; it serves a large and varied lunch buffet (175kr) as well as dinner (6-8pm, 150-175kr).
