Top Carrot

St-Martin & Sint Maarten

Boho hangout Top Carrot serves scrumptious plant-based fare in a chilled-out cushion-clad dining room adjoining a New Age shop selling crystals, candles etc. It makes its own Bulgarian yogurt, pastries such as quiches and cinnamon scrolls, and market-fresh salads, using primarily local organic ingredients. There's also a wide range of freshly squeezed juices, smoothies and herbal teas.

Around a tenth of its dishes have meat or fish.
