Bamboo

Relocated from Maho Bay, Bamboo now serves its famous Maui Wowi and Kuta rolls in the Shops at Puerto del Sol mall but has also expanded its menu to include tiger-shrimp tacos, ceviche and a massive grilled rib eye. The food is as much eye-candy as the crowd, and there's a new cocktail lounge for postdinner flirting.
