Past a pair of giant red Dutch wooden shoes (selfie alert!) lies this Gouda nirvana, which does a roaring trade in everything from soft-textured Young Gouda to well-aged Old Amsterdam along with other Dutch goodies like jenever (gin), spicy speculaas cookies and blue-and-white delftware. Cheeses are vacuum-packed and keep for up to six weeks without refrigeration.
